Our Services

Houston Drone Pros (a Lone Star Aerial Services company) provides commercial aerial photography, drone video, and inspection services in Greater Houston and surrounding counties. Services are offered as two flat-rate packages:

• Quick Capture ($199) — a single drone flight for aerial photos or video.
• Advanced Coverage ($399) — industry-specific or multi-flight project coverage.

The scope of each package, including the number of flights and deliverables, is described on our pricing page. Custom needs are confirmed at booking.

FAA Compliance & Flight Conditions

All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots under a commercial drone operations framework, and flights are insured. Some flights may be restricted by Federal Aviation Administration rules, temporary flight restrictions, controlled airspace authorizations, weather, or site-specific conditions.

If a flight cannot be safely or legally completed due to these conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge or, where applicable, provide a refund for the uncompleted portion.

Booking & Scheduling

Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the date, time, package, and site details with you before a flight is scheduled. Scheduled times are approximate and may be adjusted due to weather or airspace conditions.

Access to the flight area and any required property permissions are the responsibility of the client. Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions, hazards, or regulatory considerations.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is flat-rate as published on our website. Unless stated otherwise, prices cover the standard deliverables described for each package. Any additional scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements are confirmed at booking. We do not charge hidden fees.

Deliverables & Turnaround

Deliverables typically include color-corrected aerial photos and/or edited drone video, provided by email or another agreed method. Most projects are delivered within 48 hours, though complex or multi-flight projects may take longer. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by weather rescheduling or revisions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. We will reschedule flights affected by weather or FAA/airspace conditions at no charge. Cancellation and refund terms for client-initiated cancellations, including any deposit, are confirmed at booking.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site location, access, and project details.
• Obtain any necessary permissions for the property to be flown and ensure the area is safe for drone operations.
• Comply with any instructions provided by our pilots on site for safety.

Intellectual Property & Usage

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered aerial photos and video for your marketing, documentation, and reporting purposes. We may use captured imagery in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the flight.

Limitation of Liability

Drone operations involve inherent risks. While we operate to professional standards with certified pilots and insurance, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by factors outside our control such as weather or airspace restrictions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
